Améthia · Star Mourning
She lowers her eyes, and those eyes are two amethysts struck through with a cross. Specks of stars scatter across her cheeks and her ink-dark body, a violet tear runs down her chest in the shape of a cross, and her pale mane drifts as if a wind only she can feel were passing through her. Améthia isn't really crying. She simply carries, in silence, the mourning of something very ancient.
A specimen of the Améthia species: the amethyst does of the forgotten forests, graceful and silent, who carry the starry night upon their very skin.
