Arm stretched to its full length, her fingers grazing a small spiked sphere of ink floating just out of reach, she arches her whole body upward. Her fish tail curves far behind her in wide, streaming fins, and her white hair hangs freely down her back.

Specimen of the Sourdine species: koi who glide soundlessly beneath water that no longer reflects anything, reaching a hand toward a light they never reach.
