Pâlore · Paled Train
Standing still, she carries a strange train, one half remaining dark while the other has emptied of all color, leaving only the outline of three eyes carved in negative space. A small tear-shaped crack opens on her chest, and ink drips from both her hands while her white hair falls straight down behind her.
Specimen of the Pâlore species: peacocks with dimmed feathers, who still display themselves out of habit, before an audience that will never come again.
Gallery-quality print on thick matte paper, intense black and white with no color to let the silence speak. Available in A2 (16.5″×23.3″) or A1 (23.3″×33.1″), free shipping. Part of the "Les silences qu'on porte" (The Silences We Carry) collection.
